For the economic ed small package shipping, it may not be tracked on-line or have no signature in some countries (ex:USPS), please buyer check with your local post office with the tracking number first if you could not receive package within the normal deliver time.
However, I still could help you to track the order from my shipping post office, but it may cost a little time.

To prevent your package from getting lost, please don't use a sharing mail box or transferring service to accept your package or seller would not commit for the shipping process and would cancel the order if needed.

[RETURN POLICY]
Basically, the CDs/LPs I list for sale are all my personal collection (most are bought from the original publisher), and preserve carefully, seldom played (for used item).
For the grading, I grade them as possible as following Discog's grading rule, however, it depends on the personal point of view, if you feel the CDs/LPs you receive are under your expectation, please with me to return or for other compensation within 7 days after you receive the package.
For CD, as its copyright properties, it only could be returned, if it has obvious scratches or booklet , outer cover damage that are also shown on the video(pics) kept at my side.
