DubStoreFR is the European branch of Record City, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
All orders placed through DubStoreFR are first prepared in our Japanese warehouse, then shipped daily to our partner warehouse near Paris, where they are packed and dispatched.

Although processing times may be slightly longer than for domestic orders, this method significantly reduces shipping costs compared to direct Japan-to-Europe shipping and avoids customs fees.

Currently, DubStoreFR only accepts orders from the following EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, , , Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain.

Orders are processed within 4–7 business days

Tracking number will be provided once shipped from our French warehouse

All shipments are via Colissimo (La Poste)

Customers
We do not currently offer delivery to Pickup Colissimo points or via Mondial Relay.

Non- Customers
Within , La Poste handles deliveries. Once your package enters your country, it is transferred to a local partner carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot control or choose the local carrier.

COMBINING ORDERS
We do not combine already paid orders.
Discogs allows combining only unpaid orders under the "invoice sent" status.
If you wish to add items after payment, leave the new order unpaid and message us in the thread after receiving the invoice. We’ll adjust the shipping fee accordingly.

INVENTORY & CONDITION
Due to the large number of items listed daily:

All items are visually graded only

We never playtest items

Items marked MINT are new and sealed (or in original sleeve/wrap)

Used items: Any condition notes or missing accessories (e.g., OBI, liner notes, posters) are specified in the description only if included
(CD booklets and inlays are considered standard and not marked as missing)

Promo editions, color vinyl, and other release specifics will also be noted if applicable.

Important
Our inventory is listed on multiple platforms. Despite daily updates, an item might occasionally be sold elsewhere before your purchase is finalized.
In such cases, you will be ed and refunded for the unavailable item(s).

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

We accept PayPal only

Payments processed via Singapore PayPal (on behalf of Japan) – this is normal

Refunds are handled through the Discogs order page and linked PayPal transaction

RETURNS
Returns are possible depending on the case.
Do not return items on your own — please us first.

If the return is our responsibility, a prepaid return label will be provided

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received at our warehouse

Return labels expire after 30 days if no confirmation of shipment is received

If a package is returned by the carrier and we do not receive a response within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Important
We cannot assist with cases older than 90 days.
No refunds or returns are possible after 3 months.
