All items are visually graded, except if "playgraded" is mentioned (tested on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon with Ortofon 2M Red).
All neutral innersleeves (of course not the OIS) have a Vinylio stamp
Vinyl with Very Good Plus (VG+) description is about playing without surface noise, no matter how they look (with hairlines and so on).
Covers (with grading of VG+) and labels are free from price tags, saw cut, punch holes, stickers (factory promotional stickers excluded) or residue of any kind except if mentioned. If there's writing on cover, it will be automatically downgraded to VG (except if signed).
Regarding second-hand items, when an album is released with OIS, lyrics sheet, slipcase (O-card), postcards etc, these extra products are included ONLY WHEN MENTIONED. If nothing about this extras is mentioned, then they are not included.
All unsealed vinyl with be send outside of their covers, in plastic outer sleeves, to avoid damages on covers. When needed will be added extra piece of stiffener, in order to make the parcel more solid.
CDs will be send in bubble wrap envelopes, except if a box-set has extraordinary shape. Jewel cases are not graded, but when there's a crack on tray it will be replaced.
