* Wij verzenden vanuit Nederland.
* Bestellingen worden binnen 2 werkdagen na ontvangst van betaling verzonden.
* Verzending via PostNL of DHL.
* Verzendkosten (per bestelling):

* Nederland: €8,95 (standaard pakket met tracking)
* EU: vanaf €13,50 (afhankelijk van gewicht en land)
* Buiten EU: vanaf €18,00 (afhankelijk van gewicht en bestemming)
* Alle items worden zorgvuldig verpakt in stevige LP-dozen met bescherming tegen buigen en water.

**Betaalmethoden:**

* Wij accepteren betalingen via PayPal en bankoverschrijving (SEPA).
* Betaling binnen 5 dagen na aankoop. Daarna wordt de bestelling geannuleerd.

**Staat van items:**

* De staat van de vinyl en hoes is nauwkeurig beoordeeld volgens de Goldmine-standaard.
* Neem op voor extra foto's of vragen over een specifiek item.

**Retourbeleid:**

* Retourneren binnen 14 dagen mogelijk bij aantoonbare schade of verkeerde levering.
* Kosten voor retourzending zijn in principe voor de koper, tenzij het onze fout betreft.

**Belastingen & Douanekosten:**

* Kopers buiten de EU zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor eventuele invoerrechten of belastingen.

* The condition of vinyl and sleeve is graded carefully according to the Goldmine standard.
* Feel free to us for extra photos or questions about a specific item.

**Return Policy:**

* Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is damaged or incorrect.
* Return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility, unless the mistake is ours.

**Taxes & Customs:**

* Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply.
