**GRADING**
The majority of our records are graded visually by a team of record collectors with extensive experience in Japan and Europe
Rare and expensive records will be test played, and ultra-sonically cleaned and any defects will be included on our listings
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the grading or have any issues after receiving your order, please us on the order page and we will swiftly resolve any issues.
Our priority is for all customers to be satisfied with their orders.
**PAYMENTS**
Orders must be paid within 5 days of ordering or orders will be canceled and negative left automatically by Discogs
If for any reason you need more time to pay, let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate!
**SHIPPING** FREE IN-STORE COLLECTION ON ALL ORDERS
Orders are collected by Royal Mail on Wednesdays and Fridays
If your order is particularly urgent, get in touch first and we will do our best to accommodate

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
IMPORTANT: All international orders will have a commercial invoice attached to the parcel, so you won't have to pay additional VAT/Taxes if you already paid it to Discogs. You can have the peace of mind that you won't have to pay any import duties twice.
However, some countries may charge separate import duties depending on the value of the order and local regulations - these are the buyer's responsibility to pay.
All international orders will automatically ship with tracking or tracking + signature
We use Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed (where available) service for orders up to 2 kg (about 5-6+ records).
Larger orders need to be shipped via courier, please us to get an accurate quote or wait for us to update the order total before making payment
BULK ORDERS: we recommend ordering in bulk for international orders to save significantly on shipping. We can also offer discounts on large orders.

**RETURN POLICY**
In the case of incorrect grading, or listing, we will cover return shipping and full refund of the item price and original shipping costs.
For UK orders we will send you a free return shipping label.
For international orders, we will either transfer the cost of return shipping or provide a pre-paid label.
If the item was correctly listed, but you want to return it for some other reason, you can return it to us. On receipt of the item back in the same condition as we sent it, we will refund you for the cost of the item only, NOT including original shipping costs or return shipping costs.
If an item has been returned to us by Royal Mail or courier services as 'not called for', the buyer failed to collect it from the post office or the buyer was not present upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for paying for the re-shipping of the item. We do not cover re-shipping costs.
