CUSTOMS/VAT: As per Discogs VAT/Tax Policy: The Supply Of Goods VAT to buyers is charged as follows: The total landed cost of an order is the total of item value and shipping amount. VAT is charged at the rate applicable to the country of importation (usually the buyer’s location or the location where the order is being shipped) and is calculated on the total of the item value plus the shipping amount (total landed cost). Supply of goods VAT is applicable for orders imported into the EU and the UK from another country. Since Brexit, orders shipped to the EU from the UK are now subject to supply of goods VAT if they are at or under the EU threshold (EU 150). Discogs will charge, collect and remit VAT on orders with a total landed cost up to EUR 150 and GBP 135. LOCAL PICKUP: We are offering free in-store collection at our North Wales shop Tuesday - Sunday from 10:30 - 17:30, simply select this option at checkout. Orders are typically available for pick-up within an hour when placed during shop hours, and we will you when your order is ready.
POSTAGE COSTS: Postage costs are calculated by total weight of your order, and can be found under 'Shipping Rates' on our profile or item listing. This will open a box with all our postage costs, where you can select your country to see rates. All costs are taken directly from the Royal Mail price guide, with a small surchage added per order to cover packaging costs. We use sturdy packaging and pack carefully, to the highest standard. For reference, Discogs uses the following weights as standard for each format: 1 LP / 12” = 230 grams, 1 7” = 60 grams, 1 CD = 85 grams. Please note packaging adds about 60 - 200 grams to the total order weight.
GRADING: We use the Discogs grading policy for all items. Please note that items are visually graded only unless stated otherwise on the listing. If you would like photos of a specific item, please us directly.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please us via your order page with a description of the issue.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: Full refunds given upon return of item only. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
