- full refund if item is returned in same condition it was shipped (if it was sealed it must be sealed when it comes back)
- it may take us up to 4 or 5 days to ship item, please don't send messages next day asking why we have not shipped
- opening a claim in pp b/c your tracking hasn't been updated will get you instant negative . many times our post office delivers items without any scans until it's delivered. also, sometimes there may be no action on the tracking for a couple days. the post office told us it's due to the volume of packages that come through our post office.
- we do not "hold" packages, if you pay for it, it will ship
- do not "purchase" items then ask questions.
- we only take responsibility for shipments to verified address. if you ask to ship to a different one than is ed with paypal we can not guarantee you will receive the package. we can guarantee it will be delivered to the address verified on paypal.
