Hats off to Questlove. This is a beautiful project. I've had the pleasure of being alive in the days before Sly , (1955 Before Sly ,James Brown, Motown ,Stax) ,so I've known first hand how it feels to have witnessed and felt the influence of Sly Stone on late 20th century and beyond , "American Music" .
If you 65 plus ,you will feel like this is new all over again. A new look at the genius. Straight no chaser.

For me better than Anthology. The sound is excellent. I like the alternative mixes of the new edit. Absolutely perfect album.
