The text underneath the tracklist states:

" This album is not to be taken off company premises by strong wish of the artist. We ask that you take care of this tape and do not lend it to third parties or play it on a radio station. "
Japanese promotional cassette, seems like a later edition of Beck - Midnite Vultures with a more final mix.
There's just under three minutes of silence between tracks 10 & 11, and track 12 isn't included at all, assuming from the above text that it hadn't been added into the album yet. All other tracks sound pretty much identical to the final album versions.
The cassette shell and case have a slight smoky tint to them, and it looks like chrome tape.
