I have just got a copy of this which has no polydor credit on the label and is in a US made thick matt sleeve with a US and London address along the bottom of the rear of the sleeve.
I also have a orange label copy which has polydor credits and is in a laminated sleeve made in the UK with polydor also mentioned. I should imagine the non polydor credited copy is the first? -
I have a version of this with the same matrix (EKL 4007) which says "mono" on the front cover and spine, but doesn't on the vinyl label. This is a later version with an RIAA Gold seal.
