Bickershaw Festival

Open-air 3-day music concert, held at Bickershaw, Greater Manchester, England, during 5th to 7th May 1972.

A number of American West-coast acts attended, along with UK bands. The concert was popular and well-attended, but was almost washed out by rain. Poor gate security lost money for promoters of the event (Ozit-Morpheus Records).
